Most Important and Desirable to Unimportant or Undesirable

 

I. Adding water circulators to the ponds, keeping the fountains working, and street lighting (street lights was eventually voted down when cost was determined.)

 

II. Rift-raft around the ponds, irrigation and updating the stonework and plants at E. Powell and S. Old State, planting annual (colorful) flowers in the beds, and more trees in the common areas.

 

III. Nicer street signs and lighting to the entranceway beds at E. Powell and S. Old State.

 

IV. Reconnect/repair the lighting to the fountains.

 

V. Holiday Decorations and Uniform Mailboxes.
