Overview
Who can submit an ad? (1) Current resident of Oak Creek, Oak Creek East, or Prestwick Commons, and a member of your association in good standing; (2) Ad is not business- or opportunity-related, you can post up to 3 FREE classified ads at any given time. Examples are furniture, toys, auto, bicycle, clothes, TV, and so on. All ads are reviewed for content before being posted, and may be edited or refused at our discretion. You will be contacted and given the opportunity to change or resubmit if declined. Approved ads will be posted as soon as possible (it’s FREE people.) Also, since these are FREE ads, we will not make any changes to copy unless we enter the information wrong. If you absolutely have to make a change to the copy after ad has been posted (wrong phone number, price, etc.) there is a $5.00 per ad charge, prepaid, cash or through Paypal. Thanks!
KIDS! We accept free ads in the category of babysitting, lawn mowing, dog sitting or walking, or other similar type services as long as it isn't a professional business. This is directed towards TEENS interested in making extra money for school or personal savings.
Can you include a Picture? Yes, but please make sure it's digital format, and saved as a JPG, GIF or PNG file. One FREE picture per ad, $5.00 per additional pictures (limit 3 per ad). We may also have to reduce the size and resolution to fit on our page. Simply check the box below in the Form that you want to email us a photo. We will contact you via email where to email it as an attachment. If you want us to scan it for you, there is a $5.00 charge. How long will an ad stay online? As long as you want! But we will typically remove ads if you ask us to, or after several months. To submit an ad, please use the FORM below. Use current ads as a guideline.
Business Ads in this section have been discontinued. Contact us if you would like to run a business ad in our newsletter, or are interested in be a web site supporter (see current list on home page.)

Requirement: Please include your name, address, phone # and email address for verification otherwise we will not run your ad. *
For the classified ad: Please include your copy and how you want to be contacted. We suggest a phone # and/or email address. Once your ad is placed it can not be change unless you pay $5.00 for the change, even if we edit it. We will delete your ad at no charge, but the same ad can not be reposted for a period of ONE year. If you want to include a picture, please comment to us you want to include a picture, and once we receive your copy will email you where to email (attach) your photo. It must be in digital format and either gif, jpeg or png. There is a $5.00/each charge to scan a photo for you. Old ads may be removed without notice unless you contact us within 1 months of listing that you want to continue. Please contact us with any questions or concerns. REQUIRED *
