This information is used to verify or contact members of the Association only for reasons to include requesting a response for a trustee or officer, to file a complaint against another neighbor, to provide information of interest to the trustees/officers and/or fellow members, and to sign up for the Association’s Email List as outlined in the next paragraph.
Listserv - By signing up for and joining our Email List, you hereby agree to receive periodical emails from the trustees and/or officers of the Association for the purpose of disseminating information about the Association and our neighborhood to it’s membership. The information may include a request to respond, such as a poll or survey. Any emails generated by the Association will not include any advertisements or solicitations of any kind or manner. You may ‘opt out’ of receiving any emails from the Association at any time, and for any reason.
