Homeowners’ Meeting AMENDED Minutes

3. 2009 Accomplishments and Plans for 2010

A. Grounds Report

Fence repairs – 5 or 6 to replace

Emi – now responsible for broken fence posts

Muskrats – trapped 7 – taking traps our for the winter

Plan to place vinyl around street signs

Removal of trees along with spraying and deep root fertilization

Aqua Doc responsible for treatment of ponds – cost same as last year

Fountains – remain the same other than replacement of motor a cost of $250

 

4. Budget Discussion

Dues – raised and will be sent out in January

5. Questions/Answers

Trespassing issues  - questioning if we can do anything about people fishing on property without permission and take the fish

Trees in pond – have fountain people pull them to the edge so they can be removed

Sewer project – was discussed and will revisit at next meeting- still looking for volunteers to get signatures
