B. 2006 Budget:

The discussion was led by Scott & Glen as printed in the newsletter. Dues for 2006 will remain at $117.50. Invoices will be mailed in January and payment is due by 2/1/2006 and interest is enforced after 3/31/2006. In addition to check or money order, payment of dues can be made on the internet (www.oakcreekassociation.com) via e-check or by credit card through PayPal. The total operating expenses for 2006 is $44,447.62. Residents' questions concerning the budget were addressed.

C. Discussion Items:

· Speeding throughout the neighborhood: It was suggested that as many residents as possible report speeding violations to police to encourage making Oak Creek a target enforcement area.

· Everyone benefits from retention ponds - part of flood control.

· Unattractive gas lines in the easement areas: Bruce Kullberg is investigating available options with Columbia Gas to bury, reduce the size, etc., of the posts. He had placed a call to Columbia Gas prior to the meeting but was not able to get needed information. Bruce will continue to follow up.

· Interest was expressed in collecting an additional $5.00/Homeowner to raise money for improvements that would solely add aesthetic value to the neighborhood.

· Concern was raised about the erosion at the center pond.

· Concern was also voiced about the driveway into the Condo Development. It was requested that the Board find out if the driveway is temporary for construction purposes or if plans changed and it will be permanent. Gloria Gaskey will research with Olympus Homes.

D. Annual Election of Trustees at the next Homeowners' Meeting: March 27, 2006

Scott announced anyone interested in running for Trustee to notify the Board in advance of the Homeowners' meeting so that their name(s) can be placed on the ballot.
