Homeowners' Meeting Minutes
November 03, 2003

 

The meeting held at the Orange Township Hall was called to order at 7:05 p.m. by Scott.

In attendance were:

John Oreskovich, TTE, VP
Randy Green, Treasurer
Brian Steyer, VP
Members on Sign In Sheet (10)

 

Items of Discussion

 

1. The resignation of Secretary Lou Ann Shy was announced along with the request for any interested parties to contact any one of the trustees or officers to fill the opening created by Lou Ann's departure.

2. The Projects Report was given by Brian Steyer.

3. The Treasurer's Report was given by Randy Green.

4. The Budget and Dues for 2004 were reviewed by Scott Clifton (as printed in the Autumn 2003 Newsletter).

5. The Next Homeowners' Meeting is scheduled for March 30, 2004. The main purpose of this meeting is the election of trustees. All nominations should be mailed to Oak Creek Association, Inc., P O. Box 626, Lewis Center, OH 43035-0626

6. Open Discussion: Questions were fielded by all trustees and officers.
