I. Welcome

Given by Scott Clifton, President.

 

II. Election of Trustees

Scott Clifton, Gloria Gaskey, Bruce Kullberg and Glen Tooman introduced themselves and spoke briefly of their qualifications before the election ballots were completed.

 

New Trustees: After 3 ballots the new trustees are: Scott Clifton, Gloria Gaskey and Bruce

Kullberg.

Introduction of Secretary. Donna Lehner of Cottonwood has agreed to be our Secretary for 2004 to 2005. She is a welcome addition to the officers of the Association.

 

III. 2004-5 Accomplishments:

 

Presented by Glen and Scott which include collecting of several of the liens, the addition of a transfer fee for new residents, the ability to pay dues on line through PayPal, dead trees replaced, fountains reinstalled with new, encased cable, flowers in entranceway beds, reworking of the 2 entranceway beds on Sedona north of E. Powell, supplying electric and water and sprinkler system to the entranceway bed at the SW corner of E. Powell and S. Old State, negotiating a 3-year contract for mowing, installation of trees in the cul-de-sacs.

 

IV. Items on Track for Summer 2005:

 

Presented by Gloria which include reworking of the entranceway bed at the SW corner of E. Powell and S. Old State, planting of flowers in the beds, lights on the fountains, reusable Christmas wreaths and roping, edging and mulching of the trees in the common areas, aerator for southern most pond based on availability of funds.
